Our one-day certification clinic gets new umpires trained, registered with USA Softball, and onto the schedule. Classroom instruction in the morning, on-field work after.

Video rules education
ACE umpires study before they step on the dirt. Through our video training platform (RefReps), umpires break down obstruction, interference, and the judgment calls that decide games — assigned and reviewed before the season.

The advancement pathway
Many ACE umpires also work high school and college ball. When you're ready to move up, we assist with those registrations and point you at the right camps and evaluators.
